At this time, SmartLP has been taken offline indefinately...

As you probably have noticed, the SmartLP website has been on "auto pilot" for the last year or so. This weekend, the company that provides web hosting services for SmartLP.com had a server failure which forced me to re-evaluate SmartLP. SmartLP.com was started on April 01, 2002 which makes it a rather impressive 6 years old.

What does the future of SmartLP hold?
Nobody knows for sure. I started SmartLP.com when I was a store level loss prevention agent and even though I am no longer an investigator I still work in LP industry. If you have a suggestion on how SmartLP.com should be reborn, feel free to email me at
